Requirements To Place an Order
Balance and Freight Charges
Balance will be collected by the drivers at the time of delivery. Certified funding is required.
Customer Responsibilities
- Check your order for accuracy - unless notified otherwise, your order will be entered as written.
- Size Restrictions - Measure to ensure that the product you order will fit into your home - through doors, up stairs, narrow hallways, between windows, etc.
- Cancellation - Any cancellation of an order after it is in place with the manufacturer will require a 33 1/3% restock fee.
- Cartons are to be left at your home and disposed of by your normal method of trash disposal. (Multiple customers are on each truck and trash cannot be brought back).
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected for North Carolina customers only. This does not mean that you do not owe your state's sales tax. You are responsible for handling this yourself.
Delivery
We offer nationwide, inside, uncartoned delivery. All product is insured.
Delivery normally takes 8 to 12 weeks. This is an average and can run longer - depending on manufacturers production schedules.
To Place an Order
Contact us directly and your order will be processed by phone or fax as soon as your deposit is received. Unfortunately, due to manufacture's restrictions, we cannot accept online orders. Confirmation is sent to you immediately.
Contract Orders
- Any contract order requires 50% deposit with the remainder due before product is shipped from supplier.
- Certified Funding Required
- All details on contract, hospitality and commercial projects will be supplied in detail.
